Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator for a commercial real estate in Newport Beach, I built and executed traditional and digital marketing campaigns to help market active listings while expanding the brand. In addition, I managed a variety of data reports, property and area surveys, and marketing initiatives to bring to life new listings from beginning to close. While performing daily tasks, I worked alongside the Transaction Director and the firm’s top-producing brokers on multi-million dollar listings, assisting in brochure and listing creations, email campaigns and mailings.

Responsibilities include:

•        Manage all print and digital marketing campaigns

•        Analyze daily market data on multifamily properties in Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego County 

•        Generate and update all property and owner information

•        Oversee and maintain usability of company website

•        Work directly with real estate brokers to manage follow-up lead generation
