Social Media and Brand Management
Prior to on-boarding, American Advisors Group had approximately little to no social media presence. This year, I've worked with multiple divisions of Marketing (Email, Digital, and Creative) to increase our brand awareness on all social media platforms as the company was transitioning to its re-branding initiative. By utilizing reporting platforms, I analyzed the audience demographics on each platform in order to cater to audience‐specific needs and interests. By examining data and determining best topics for specific channels, I curated specific content to our social media platforms via re-branding strategies and usage of content calendars to increase our engagement and presence on social media.
Within the first year, results were:
LinkedIn: +110.8% increase of Total Engagement, +30.5% increase of Total Followers, +138.2% Increase of # of Posts
Facebook: +858% Increase of Message Link Clicks, +63.9% Increase of Impressions, +75.2% Increase of Engagement
Twitter: +159% Increase of Organic Impressions, +197.1% Increase of Engagement
